The HD V-Twin XL1200 Whiskey Tumbler pays tribute to one of the most enduring and important motorcycle engines ever built.
In my younger years, I was drawn to complexity — the pursuit of revs, exotic materials and technology for technology’s sake. But over time, I’ve grown to admire the opposite. There’s a purity in mechanical honesty, in an engine that does what it’s meant to do without overcomplicating the process.
That’s exactly what the Harley-Davidson Evolution engine represents. When it arrived in 1986, Harley wasn’t chasing cutting-edge design. It was fighting for survival. The EVO didn’t reinvent the wheel. It simply perfected what riders already loved. A tough, air-cooled pushrod V-twin that was easy to work on, loved to be tuned and happy to live hard. It went on to power Sportsters for nearly four decades, a lifespan that says everything about how right they got it.
And then there’s the sound. I’ve never met anyone who didn’t have a reaction to a Harley on full chat. That uneven idle turning into a raw, barking soundtrack that gets under your skin whether you like it or not. It’s mechanical character in its purest form.
As our first step into the two-wheeled world, it felt only right to start with the HD XL1200, the engine that steadied Harley-Davidson and brought joy to riders across generations.
Our tumbler is a nod to that spirit: simple, tough, unmistakable and made to be enjoyed.

Nephew very much enjoyed the gift of the glass with the Harley piston. But getting it was a major ordeal. Stopped in transit due to a clearance delay and then to get a bill of $47.00 for tariffs and fees! That was totally out of the blue with no heads up by your company that this would be an added fee. Right at $150.00 for a glass is pretty ridiculous
Got #8 very happy with it, i have all 3 of the ones that have been released and am happy with them all.
I purchased 3 and they arrived perfectly well, I gave them as gifts for Christmas so I bought 4 more!!

I have all three of the piston glasses. I like that they are big and heavy. Nothing else looks like them and everyone who sees them remarks about them. I can’t think of a more unique gift for a Motörhead .
