  1. General Information

    Deliveries outside of the UK / EU may be subject to additional taxes / duties, this is unfortunately beyond our control and under the remit of your local government/customs agency

  2. Delivery Location

    We ship both domestically and internationally. However, restrictions may apply to some products on certain international destinations. If shipping is not available to your country, you will be notified at checkout.

  3. Delivery Time

    Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

    Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

  4. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

  5. Damaged Items in Transport

    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at admin@whiskeypiston.com.

Every effort is made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as possible.
